Nouvo Body LLC Return & Refund Policy

At Nouvo Body, we take pride in providing high-quality, handcrafted skin and hair care products. Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of all customers, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

Returns on Opened, Used, or Unsealed Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken. Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold.

Returns on Unopened Products

Returns may be considered only for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

All returns must be approved by Nouvo Body before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nouvobody.com.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed, Nouvo Body may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if the issue is verified.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Nouvo Body, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed defective product.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nouvo Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
