Why are the bars different colors each time?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we enjoy being creative with designs and colors. This does not affect the ingredients, quality, or potency.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS to update tracking.

How long is shipping?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Does the Clean Me Out Detox really work?
Everyone’s body responds differently, but we strongly suggest staying home after taking it and remaining near a bathroom while it works through your system.

Can all of the bars be used on the full body?
Yes. All of our bars are made for full body use.

How often should I use the Growth Hair Oil?
We recommend applying the oil to your scalp 2 to 4 times a week and massaging it in consistently for best results.

Can the Growth Hair Oil be used on protective styles?
Yes. It can be used on braids, wigs, and other protective styles to keep your scalp moisturized and support growth.

Is the Growth Hair Oil only for women?
No. Our hair products can be used by anyone looking to support healthy hair and scalp.

How long does it take to see hair growth results?
Results vary by person, but consistency is key. Most customers begin to notice changes with regular use over time.


ORDERS & POLICY

Do you accept returns on opened products?
No. We do not accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal.

Do you offer refunds?
Nouvo Body does not issue refunds. Approved concerns are resolved with store credit only.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email info@nouvobody.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
