I placed an order for the KoJic Dark Spot Corrective Moisturizer, it was advertised in a 4 ounce jar, which I thought I would be receiving. When I received my order, it was in a 2 ounce container. That is not what I ordered. When the order was placed, it did not have the option of choosing a 2 oz or 4 oz container. Your products cannot be returned according to your return policy. I sent to emails to customer and as of this have never received a response back. I WILL NOT order from this company ever again. Thanks, but NO thanks.

Regarding our Kojic Dark Spot Corrective Moisturizer, the product is offered in both 2 oz and 4 oz size options. Customers are able to select their preferred size directly on the product page when available, or the listing will default to the size currently in stock. There is also a price difference between the two sizes, and based on your order total, the 2 oz option was selected at checkout.
